Basic policy for specific personal information

Bethel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) respects the value of information and always strives to thoroughly manage and protect it. We also fully recognize the importance of management and protection of specific personal information with respect to its value, and establish this basic policy in order to ensure proper handling of specific personal information as an organization.

Article 1   Compliance with related laws and guidelines

We comply with the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures", "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and "Guidelines on the Appropriate Handling of Specific Personal Information" and  will handle the information appropriately.

Article 2   Matters concerning safety management measures

Regarding safety management measures for specific personal information, the Company will separately establish "Specific Personal Information Handling Regulations" and take sufficient measures to carry out proper handling.
